Dear Lady who got all bitchy at me just now,
You're registered with a university that is NOT this one. Yet you feel that I should allow you to tie up MY phone line so you can straighten out an email problem with the university you are registered with. So, not only are you using our computers for your personal shit, but you also want to use our phones. AND YOU'RE NOT A STUDENT HERE.
Don't get all pissy at me because I tell you that the reference desk telephones aren't for patron use. It's not my fault you're having problems with your stupid university. It's also not my fault that you're dealing with a correspondence-based university and are too stupid to have your own personal computer, which would seem to be rather essential when all your course work is done online. Dumbass.
Fuck off. I don't like your attitude.

Update: I don't let her use our phone, so what does she do? She bugs ME to fix her stupid email problems with the other university. How the *bleep* am I supposed to know what the problem is with their goddamn system?
